PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this application DOES NOT guarantee an adoption. We thoroughly evaluate all of the kittens and cats in our care, and try very hard to match the right pet to the right person and situation.

This application is intended as a means to match the right cat or kitten with the right home. The more detail you provide, the better.  Our adoptable cats and kittens come to us from different avenues of rescue, whether it be from a shelter, a surrender, or strays. We do our best to keep the cats and kittens current with their medical and keep all records. These records are then passed on to you with adoption.

In most circumstances, and depending on age and background, our cats or kittens are up to date on all vaccines and spay/neutered at 5 to 6lbs. If there is reason that the cat or kitten you are interested in is an exception to this protocol, you will be told that before adopting.

I agree to the THE CAT HOUSE TOTOWA adoption process at THE CAT HOUSE, and agree to a possible home visit, as well as future visits if we miss them too much!    I understand The Cat House may check my veterinary reference.  I understand there is a CAT HOUSE donation associated with adoption of a pet from FAITH HAVEN RESCUE  and that the donation  is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)3 guidelines.  I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet or provide for current rescues as they await their forever homes. 

I understand that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet,  I will notify THE CAT HOUSE TOTOWA by email and provide a 7 day period to allow THE CAT HOUSE TOTOWA to make arrangements for my pet to be taken back into rescue. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE CAT HOUSE TOTOWA against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed. 

I understand that THE CAT HOUSE TOTOWA will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above named rescue group before adoption is completed. I understand that if I no longer want my pet,  or am no longer able to care for my adopted pet, I will be directed to surrender my pet to FAITH HAVEN RESCUE &/or THE CAT HOUSE.  By clicking the submit button, I verify all of the above information is true and accurate.
